How do I get rid of ugly pimples and scabs?

I had a major breakout 2 days ago and I picked at my pimple and it burst. So now theres a scab replacing my pimple. And I%26#039;m starting my first day of school on Tuesday. You should go to the doctor. You never know what it is or could be.|||I believe that you have a condition called Hidradenitis Supprativa. How do I prevent little white pimples from forming on cornrowed hair?

My sister in law often puts cornrows in my twin daughters%26#039; hair. She is very good at it, can do designs etc. I like their hair like this since it is low maintenance for me, but they always develop painful white bumps on the scalp. I did a girls hair once and I did hers to tight and she said they had never been that tight before, and that was what caused her to get the white bumps on her head. its probably just a rash, or maybe excema. my sis has it and it causes her skin to get clumps of little red bumps all over! if your baby scratches then it will get worse. if it isnt excema then use aveeno oatmeal body cream and before she goes to sleep then put vaseline on it. if it is excema then go to a dermitolgist then and get a prescription. if this doesnt help you should take her to a dermetoligist anyway just to get it checked out.
