What can i eat to prevent pimples from appearing on my face?

School holidays are almost over and i want clearer skin for the upcoming term, what specific foods or fruits do i eat to prevent any breakouts and even to decrease the appearance of the ones that i already have?





I want them to GO AWAY!

So if you eat bananas, you might try giving them up and see what happens.|||Water of course is a big one and the fruits and vegetables add more water to your diet and beneficial vitamins and minerals.These all help keep the body flushing it self properly so it doesn%26#039;t push it through your pores instead.


I personally have been avoiding large amounts of dairy, I try to eat organic dairy when I do, including eggs. This is to avoid the added hormones.This helped with those deep cyst type pimples.


Sugar was replaced by Agave%26#039; nectar which is a fructose instead of sucrose so it doesn%26#039;t raise my blood sugar. I try to only drink about two cups of coffee, and I make a big pitcher of green iced tea, with lemon for something other than water. Green tea helps flush out the body and cleanses the liver and kidneys plus sends a ton of antioxidant power throughout the body.


Ground fresh flax seeds are also supposed to help shrink and lubricate your oil glands, it keeps the oil from getting thick to avoid back up, or plugs.


One thing I saw on here recently was to use dandruff shampoo to wash your face with. This helped my skin,don%26#039;t use the 2 in 1 of course but maybe give it a try. The ingredient is a type of Zinc so maybe the Zinc supplement might help as previously suggested.|||Diet for avoiding pimples

* Drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water. This will help to detoxify your body and avoiding pimples





* Avoid consuming oily, spicy and junk food as much as you can





* Make fruits and vegetables an integral part of your diet. You can drink fruit juices. If you want to have glowing and red cheeks you can eat red fruits like apples, cherries and tomatoes.





* Have a glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric powder at least once a day





The best way to prevent pimples is learning to love your natural skin. Avoid using cosmetics to avoid chemicals that harm your skin. Another key to have a healthier skin is to staying healthy. Proper skin care products, a balanced diet and regular exercise are ingredients of a good recipe for reducing ageing process and thus avoiding wrinkles. It also helps to prevent pimples and other skin problems.

DO NOT over obsess with washing your skin all the time. that will only make you more vulnarable to the acne. it is kind of like being a germ a phobe lol (idk how to spell that) if they keep ridiculsly clean, their amune system becomes weak making them more likely to get sick. use alcohol prep pads or something. do what all these other people say. they sound smart in this area. hope this helped|||eat lots of fruits, any kind. and dont eat oily items or junk food lik pizzas and burgers. wash ur face constantly. and dont touch ur face with your hands after you comb your hair or dont let your hair fall over your forehead. dats it. for more shine apply yogurt mixed with turmeric powder on your face everyday and wash it after 10 mins or so. all the best.|||the food you eat doesn%26#039;t affect pimples or anything... most people think if you eat things like chocolate, you break out, but in fact it has nothing to do with it. Dont eat any specific foods, just eat healthy, and use cleansers if you want them to go away|||well use a facial cleanser that works for you always, even if you have a clean face.

STAY AWAY FROM GREASY, FATTY FOODS!|||just drink a lot of water, and sleep early, and stay away from caffeine, chocolate, and oily foods|||actually chocolate wont give u pimples. but drink lots of water and drink green tea. then apply the tea bag directly toward ur pimples. its a natural rem.|||Hhhhmmmm , you can eat Vegetables, and healthy foood.

It%26#039;s a myth.|||there are some good creams out like the 3 stage ones also eat less fatty foods and more greens|||acne is caused by a zinc deficiency take zinc it will clear up in a few weeks|||soap, just bite a plug off and put it in your cheek!
