Help, It hurts really bad....[pimple] I just need a little help on how to...?

Ok, so I have a HUGE pimple I just popped on my chin[Hey, someone%26#039;s gotta pop it] and I don%26#039;t know how to stop the pain... Please help.|||Advil.
