How to get rid of a pimple?

i got a fairly big pimple on my cheek just below my eye and its hard and very red. how can i get rid of it or not make it as red as it is|||Keep it clean. Wash your face twice daily with an acne cleanser that is for YOUR skin type (oily, dry, combination--make sure you know). and then use acne spot treatment on the pimple. I like Clean and Clear products. Oh and don%26#039;t touch the pimple. If you must pop it, wait at least until you can see the head of the pimple and do a hot water compress on it with a towel (as hot as you can stand) and then gently squeeze the pimple and wipe clean and dry it and apply the acne spot treatment.
