Huge pimple inside of my nose. Swollen and painful, also I'm 22 wks prego and hardcore freaking out!!!?

So my nose has been sore do to the prego sinus issues. But this morning I woke up with a HUGE pimple like thing in the inside of my nose, its super swollen now, blocking about half that side of my nose. I%26#039;ve been reading its not wise to pop, but what can I do to get rid of it, exspecially if its infected. Please i%26#039;m sorry freaking out haha.|||pop the damn thing already!!!
