What are these big red bumps on my face?. they never seem to look like a pimple cause they never have a head?

Acne doe not have to have %26quot;heads%26quot; on the pimples. They can be deep pocketed sores. If you can%26#039;t go see a dermatologist try dabbing witch hazel on them every morning and night. Those sores will be the ones to leave the worst scars so try to take care of them as best as possible. Forget all that expensive dove and name brand facial wash. Use an anti-bacterial soap. With spring coming try to get out in the sun a little more.
