How can you prevent new pimples from forming?

I just got over a bunch of pimples, and now i am worried about new ones forming. Are pimples invevitable or is it possible to prevent them from forming?|||Vanessa B

Let me tell you something not many people know,

When you try to wash the oil off your wash using soap or

any store brought product what happends is it sucks up alot of the natural oils

out of your skin, and what happends when that occurs? your

skin goes into over time trying to reblimish the lost oil

and doubles the amount, your pores open up more to get more of the oil out and air in so let me help you

Ah ok well my mother had the same problem as you,

and let me tell you what she did to make it stop,

this is a home treatment of course, the only thing

you may need to buy is a lemon if you dont already have some in the fridge,

what you want to do is get some lemon and squeez that

sucker into a tiny bit of honey, and mix that all together, put that

into the area where you want treated and wait 5-10 mins and than wash off,

the lemon works great as a toner and as we all know toners are

great for tighthing the skin and even better for your pores to look

smaller, the honey helps as an evener, it will even out the uneven

skin tone and also sooths the skin,This teachique not only destorys the pimples you already

have but it also helps prevent them from coming up again,Drinking alot of water

every day also helps alot :) Well I hope this helps %26lt;3 good luck

-- Love Vanessa|||take better care of your face or go to a dermatologist|||get a skin cleanser|||i dont think u can completely stop it from forming.. but u can of course reduce it from forming..

if u have ance .. first thing u should do it is to get a anti-dandruff shampoo.. it washes away loose flakes that could fall on your forehead and cause pimples to form..

and also use a cleanser that removes oil from the face.. and use it everyday.. and use water based moisturerizers.. so it will prevent the skin from looking oily and trigger forming new pimples..

and cut back on chocolate and oily food.. a lot of water and fruits .. keeps the skin from looking fresh and healthier|||lemon juice|||it could just run in the family, or you could just out grow this stage........at our house we use a (CLEAN) tube of hemorrhoidal ointment ! apply it at night on your pimples, and next morning they will be almost laying flat or will be totally flat, also remember the slogan visine takes the RED out ! apply that when you get up ! THIS REALLY DOES WORK!!! .........former stylist|||Pimples have a tendency to pop up at the most inconvenient times, and although there is really no way to %26quot;cure%26quot; acne, there is a simple way to prevent it and significantly minimize the amount of pimples you get: Cleanse, exfoliate, tone, treat, and moisturize/protect during the day. And don%26#039;t forget to use a mask two or three times per week. Additionally, make sure each product you use is designed for you skin type.|||use alcohol to clean the skin everyday and if one forms put pimple cream on to dry it out|||Keep your skin oil free but not dry. So dont over use cleaners. And tanning is still the best way to rid your self of future breakouts. Keep the sun coming the pimples hate it.|||Cut out a lot of the salt, sugar and grease from your diet. Get so you live without a lot of that stuff., especially the grease. Next to that the sugar. Eat more raw fruit, and raw salads and learn to like them. More liquids. Water.|||Pimples are often caused by what is going on internally. If you are an adolescent....it%26#039;s hormones. Under stress? Hormones! Female? Hormones! Sometimes pimples are signs that your body is toxic, and trying to clean itself out.

Lots of pimples could be impetigo....so go to the doctor!

Take good natural vitamins, B-complex and zinc. Eatr lots of fresh, raw fruits and veggies. Cut back on greasy foods. But goo healthy oils like safflower and olive oil are OK. Oh yeah, 8 glasses of water a day :-).

Clean your face well, but DONT try to %26quot;dry it out%26quot;. You will ruin your skin. Oily skin can actually be quite sensitive. If you dry your skin out,....it will overcompensate with more oil and zits. So gentle cleansers, and witch hazel based toners - nothing with rubbing alcohol or SD 40. And yep, a light moisturizer. NO SOAP. It will make more pimples.
