How can i get rid of my pimple?

i have a giantic pimple on my nose its really red n really big

it just dries them out.|||wash your FACE|||well you can get rid of the redness by using toothpaste over night. it worked for me so i suggest you to try it . it only reduce the redness but not the pimple thou
