Getting rid of a pimple?

ok...i got a pimple,lol..i really want to get rid of it by tomm or somein...anything around the house i can use?what is the best brand of clearisil to buy or noxema?|||Wash your face twice a day : (I recommend Proactiv. It works and it doesn%26#039;t burn my face like other acne products do.) Clearasil caused a rash on my face that took 2 weeks to clear up. I don%26#039;t recommend it. I have never tried Noxema so I don%26#039;t know.








Ice down the acne before bed, by morning it should be noticeably less swollen. Works best on larger pimples that have not yet formed a head.





Put toothpaste on your pimple before you go to bed, should help reduce swelling overnight. Make sure it is the paste not the gel. One of the most popular acne home remedies. Becareful it might make your skin dry. If your skin gets dry use a moisturizer lotion.





Tea Tree oil can also be applied directly to infected pores.





Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning. This might also make your skin dry.





Drink plenty of water.





Pimple Removal : (only do this on pimples that have formed a head)





Prepare for a small surgical pimple removing procedure. You%26#039;ll need a small sewing needle, a bottle of alcohol, some gauze (or a small band-aid), and some warm water. Some people think you%26#039;ll need to run a needle through a flame. This isn%26#039;t Dr. Quinn Medicine woman. Rubbing alcohol will do.


Wash your face and hands before attempting to pop the pimple. Washing your face and hands ensures that all makeup, oils, germs and bacteria are no longer near the pimple you%26#039;re about to burst. Also, dip a majority of the needle in the alcohol, and for safe measure apply some of that alcohol to your fingers and the pimple--dabbing with some gauze to dry the area.


Prick the white part of the pimple very lightly with the tip of your needle. Once you%26#039;ve done that, put two small squares of gauze on either side of the pimple and apply pressure with two fingers to ensure that the remaining puss is squeezed out of the pore, retaining pressure until clear liquid appears. When clear liquid or blood appears, you%26#039;ll know the pimple is gone.


Wipe the pimple clean with an alcohol soaked gauze pad. It%26#039;ll sting a little, but that%26#039;s a good thing. The alcohol will kill most of the bacteria in and around the wound, helping you to avoid an infected pimple. If you wish, you can put a small, sterile bandaid on the area or cover it with an antibacterial concealer





For redness use eye drops.





This works for me!|||The best thing is Clean and Clear Advantage. It ALWAYS makes them go away or at least get smaller. Around the house, not really. There all sorts of home remedies, but use the Clean and Clear. It rocks.|||I%26#039;m afraid nothing will get rid of a pimple in a day.


However, you should consider investing in a Zeno. Forget about OTC acne aids, they have too many harsh chemicals. A Zeno is a small device that heats up and you place the tip directly on the blemish. The heat is directed into the infection and kills the bacteria. Zit%26#039;s gone in a couple days, and by the very next day it%26#039;s considerably smaller. It%26#039;s rather expensive, but a good investment. I bought mine at Target.





Another more affordable remedy is Tea Tree Oil. It%26#039;s a natural, homeopathic remedy that truly works. It%26#039;s a natural antiseptic. You can get it at a natural food store. I swear by it.|||get some witch hazel (found by rubbing alcohol in the drug store). Its very cheap. Soak a paper towel in it and use it as a compress. Leave it on for a few minutes and then give your skin a rest and then use the compress again.


Witch hazel is known for its ability to reduce swelling and dry a pimple out. I use it everytime. be careful not to leave the compress on for hours..it can make your skin peel.|||I usually use Neutrogena on the spot acne treatment. If you don%26#039;t have pimple medicine in the house, you can use toothpaste (make sure it%26#039;s paste and not gel). If you can%26#039;t get rid of it right away, get a green color correction stick. Dab it on over the pimple, then cover with concealer or foundation. The green will tone down the redness.|||Aspirin contains Beta hydroxy acid which is a powerful defoliant ,so you can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash.
