Give it a few days to calm down. Or put a bit of Clearasil on it. For obvious reasons I don%26#039;t advocate using more heavy-duty acne scrubbers like OXY 10 and Clean %26amp; Clear, but if the whitehead hasn%26#039;t gone away in a few days, give it some warm, wet washcloth compresses and it will probably rupture and go away.
