My son has a rash on his face and it looks like pimple only on 1 side of his cheek and under his mouth?

well 1 of the pimples started pussing and it looks like a popped pimple the dr said it was just a viral skin rash which i disagree just wanted to see if anyone out their has children that may have had the same thing|||Sounds like your son got herpes on his face.
