What is the best medication for curing pimples?

I%26#039;ve got some pimples in face, it started just a little on my forehead then I find it that it becomingh worst! I know that at my age pimples is just a part of hormonal changes, but my pimples is becoming too worst!

I just like to know what is the best product to use, I%26#039;m still a student and I can%26#039;t afford to go to any other facial clinic. I also want to know some natural remedies.|||Most magazines would recommend tea Tree oil because it is a natural agent.

I recommend benzoyl peroxide cream (5% concentration is enough for the face, 10% concentration for the body). Apply on and around infected area once in the morning and once before going to bed. You don%26#039;t have to put a lot. just blend it into your skin. It takes about 3-5 days to clear up .

Help your skin heal faster by getting enough rest, sleep before 11pm (Because 11pm to 1am the body begins to recharge itself). avoid or minimize the intake of sodas, caffeinated or alcoholic drinks. Alcohol tends to dehydrate skin and mess up your system.

This last one is good for maintenance: Eat plenty of fruits. A fruit a day to replace fried or sugary snacks will help you in the long run. Have some form of exercise 2 times a week at least. Any physical activity that increases your heart rate (for oxygen circulation) and makes you sweat (to release toxins from the body through sweat). An alternative to exercise is a sauna (for the face) then clean with your cleanser and water.

Wash your face with cetaphil if you like the product. Or try a moderate cleanser. Don%26#039;t use the cleanser that dries out your skin. Something moderate (go for combination skin formulas because the oily skin formulas tend to be strong). Please don%26#039;t mess with it your acne.

What i mentioned above is more on managing your skin, helping it to heal. Your body is going through changes. Or maybe reacting to stress, find a way to release the stress by relaxing or engaging in physical activity. This helps to unblock areas in the body which may affect your skin.

Trust me when I say, don%26#039;t mess with your acne.

I learned the hard way and through trial and error. I hope you get better in a few weeks.|||ProActiv.|||Use lotion without glycerine and if there is no change, use just glycerine and if it doesn%26#039;t work, don%26#039;t apply anything to your face.
