Pimple gel make skin very dry out the face, how to solve?anyone know?

You should choice something that has minimal benzol peroxide- maybe choose a water-based one. IF it contains peppermint, tea oil, and salicylic acid these things are more likely to cause irritation, dryness and mild redness. I recommend you use a moisturiser such as cetaphil moisturiser lotion. You also may have sensitive skin, so you should try to find something suitable to that like i mentioned above.|||this is normal because of the medication used in the gels. Its important to avoid the sun and harsh cleansers when using these types of acne treatments. Definately use a good moisturizer morning and night and avoid cleansers with the same medications in it. If this doesnt help I would stop using the gel and see a dermatologist instead.|||Most acne gels are 10% benzoyl peroxide. Get one that is 5% benzoyl peroxide. If I use that Zapzit stuff from the dollar store my face will start peeling. I love Aveeno soap and pads for oily skin for cleansing. They have soy in them that softens skin but at the same time they control the oiliness.|||Stop using the gel... get a moisturizer and a different gel
